Improved my technique October 13, 2011

I like it a lot. It's not only helped improve my strength, but also improved my technique. I can feel and see results as my pull up motion has become more deliberate. Though an increase in numbers is nice, I am more impressed with how fluid it makes doing a pull up. My swimming stroke is definitely more foreceful as I grab more water and have been able to decrease my strokes per lap while improving my splits. I feel stronger. Which is more mental, but extremely impactful.
